Mrs. Paul L. Eberle of Des Moines is held on a murder charge after shooting her husband in an automobile near Oskaloosa. She claimed self defense as four gunshots ended his life and she fled with their two year old adopted son to a nearby farm. She is in hospital in a weak condition and was not arraigned.
