A policeman stabbed her on the Second Avenue bridge as she climbed the railing. Police found stolen articles valued at 1500 dollars and several hundred dollars in goods at her rooming place. She confessed and was released on 500 dollar bail signed by her husband. She was to be sent to Town City university hospital for observation.
