Donahey son fined for delinquency charge in Ohio
In Zanesville on April 9, 19-year-old Hal Donahey son of Governor Vic Donahey received a 100 dollar fine plus costs from Probate Judge Clarence Graham for contributing to the delinquency of Miss Lillian Vogel a 15 year old. The formal charge against Hal was filed by Probation Officer Bernard Holt in juvenile court and he was placed under Muskingum County juvenile court supervision until age 21. Miss Vogel received 12 months probation and Mrs Donahey joined in court to pay the fine. Governor Donahey expressed distress and urged fair public judgment.
