The town churches announce resumed evening services next Sunday. First Presbyterian Church will have Rev. J. E. Curry back from vacation to preach Sunday morning. Second Presbyterian Church will feature Prof. R. W. Swetland from Hights town in the morning service. Rev. Z. W. Wells is ill and there will be no service next Sunday. Sunday school remains at 10 o'clock.

Death of William D. Perrine at 73 in Scotts Corner
William D. Perrine died early Thursday at age 73 after years of ill health. He leaves a widow and four sons Samuel Clarence Albert and Addison. The funeral is set for Saturday at two from his Scotts Corner home with interment in Brainerd cemetery, under direction of A. S. Cole, Son & Co.

Joseph Darnell longtime Allentown milling businessman died at his son in law George H Larrison residence on Tuesday August 1 1915 in his eighty fourth year He and his brother Nathan owned the mill later held by G H Kirby after buying it in 1860 They previously ran a mill at Groveville He is survived by two daughters Mrs Charles H Larrison and Mrs Walter Havens of Cranbury and one son Joshua Darnell Funeral services were held today with interment in Allentown.

Pocket Picked From Dr. Marshall At Railroad Station
Rev Dr James W Marshall district superintendent of the Methodist Episcopal church in New Brunswick reported at Ocean Grove that a pocket theft occurred Saturday night. His wallet containing $14 and a railroad ticket worth $18 were taken and he notified the police.

Choral Society Begins Rehearsals In Hightstown

Farm hand Charlie VanCamp Drowns In Millstone River Accident
While fishing from a canoe in the Millstone River last Wednesday Charles VanCamp drowned when the craft capsized. He had worked as a farm hand for E. A. Smalley for about a year. His cry for help was heard by the farm superintendent, who arrived too late. The body was recovered and taken to his mother's home in Landbrook.

Tragic Bicycle Collision Claims Ocean Grove Music Instructor
Mme. Emily Schultze Pieczonka a noted Ocean Grove music instructor and daughter of the late Albert Pieczonka was killed Wednesday afternoon at Bradley Beach while riding a bicycle. She collided with an auto truck of the Michelsohn Bottling Plant Belmar driven by Joseph Jacobson. The truck passed over her body and the driver was held on bail pending coroner inquest.
