Festival Night in Dayton Celebrates P O L of A Gala
Camp No 182 P O L of A hosted a February 26 event led by Amos Martin of Trenton N J. Seventy five to eighty five members from Dayton and nearby areas enjoyed a well organized lodge room, sandwiches coffee cake and cigars. William Anderson of South Amboy performed a song and J A Martin of New York City spoke on immigration urging support for the camp.

Retrenchment Cuts Train Operators On Trenton Division
The Pennsylvania Railroad cuts back operator and agent staff on its Trenton Division reducing from three to two operators at several stations. Stations affected include Lower Jamesburg Englishtown Cranbury Station Windsor and Robbingville with offices no longer open around the clock. The move follows a general drop in business and some workers were told the former hours may return with growth. A lighthearted note about planting sweet peas on St Patrick’s Day ends the piece.
