Trenton July 11 The Court of Errors appeals voted one to thirteen to declare unconstitutional the Assembly districting bill pushed by Governor Stokes. The ruling upsets the district method, affects Hudson county politics and the race for U.S. Senator, and preserves at large Assembly elections and new districts.
