Chancellor Walker holds that a wife's inchoate right of dower may be protected by a bill in equity, sustaining Ex-Judge Cowenhoven's arguments over property in South Amboy valued about $4,000. The case centers on a transfer of a store dwelling on Second street to Harry F. Brown and then to his brother Oliver, with Mrs. Brown seeking protection of her dower amid a separated marriage.
