Properties on various lots were approved for sale to James Beach, John Armour, and Emerald Moseley for specified amounts. Reversioned tax sale properties to be offered at public auction Sept 30. A ratepayer delegation opposed East Asian residents on Armstrong Avenue and a petition called for removal of Japanese tenants. Mayor appointed Aldermen McKinnon and Eakina to work with residents.

Mails to Cranbrook and Kootenay Central will depart on Mondays and Thursdays by K C trains with a return on the same trains.
