Serious Accident on Hamiltons Hill Takes Toll
A serious crash occurred Saturday on Hamiltons Hill west of town. Cranbrook Sash and Door Co. teamster Mr. Dow loses a horse valued around 500 dollars when a sleigh blocked by snow was hit from behind. Dow’s team collapsed, one horse fell and a horse was shot after being crushed. All three involved were Cranbrook Sash and Door Co. workers hauling logs.

Local Red Cross reports monthly sewing progress and donations
