Second Vice-President Whyte and General Superintendent Busteed with Land Commissioner Dennis lead a CPL railway delegation touring the Kootenay valley to inspect the proposed Kootenay Central route. Dr King M P Hyde Baker and 41 M Pinteham join from the Imperial Bank to meet the party in Wasa and accompany them to Cranbrook. The trip will greatly influence the route and cost of the line.
