Waldron McKay, a 58? year old veteran, died after surgery at St. Eugene Hospital and was laid to rest in British Columbia. The service at Knox Church featured a Last Post ceremony as veterans carried the casket draped with the Union Jack to the graveside. Relatives and comrades paid their respects amid wartime memories of Flanders and Vimy Ridge.
