Nebeker name used in Ubero treasurer scheme at trial
Former United States Treasurer E H Nebeker's name was used to authorize the Ubero properties account. Charles F Richards testified that Nebeker could only check one main account while an assistant treasurer oversaw a second account. Money was moved to account No 2 as funds arrived, with Nebeker's checks kept on hand for use, giving Borges control of all funds. The reporter notes Nebeker resided in Covington Indiana.
