Kingman Drain Petition Filed for Town Public Streets
The Board of Town Trustees of Kingman Indiana filed a drainage petition in Fountain County Court on June 2 1920 seeking drainage of public streets alleys and places. The petition outlines routes along Harvey Free Gravel Road natural watercourses sections 34 27 26 and 35 township 18 north range 8 west and ends at Vine Street near the railroad right of way with docket hearing set for June 26 1920.
