Ex-Treasurer Ensley Refunded by County in Tax Fees Case
Indianapolis July 1 News that the county demands 22473.22 from Oliver P. Ensley former county treasurer, including 2505.65 interest. The claim rests on 6 percent deductions from tax adjusters on long-unreported properties, totaling 19466.89 from 1904 to 1907 plus 2695.65 interest to date. Also 410.68 is tied to Indiana Manufacturing Company tax collection under dispute.
