Muncie Indiana December 21 The Delaware County grand jury appeared in circuit court on writs of attachment after its final report accusing Judge Thompson of allowing criminals and lawyers to influence him and conspiring with Court Asher Tom Miller and others for the acquittal of burglary suspect Asher. The report urged the judge to resign.
