Wholesale Cattle Stealing in Parke County Case
Otis McClure, a 23 year old, confessed to stealing 15 cattle from a Barnes farm and driving them to Judson where four were found in the road and the rest in a cattle pen. He was bound over to circuit court in 1200 dollars. Albert Banta was arrested for aiding McClure in stealing 49 sheep.
