Indiana Republicans Convene to Nominate State Officers
The Indiana Republican State committee orders a delegate convention at Tomlinson Hall Indianapolis on April 23 24 to adopt a campaign platform and nominate state officers including secretary of state auditor treasurer attorney general and supreme court and appellate judges. Delegates total 1187 with Fountain county entitled to fifteen votes and overall 5487. The Ninth District delegates meet at 11 a.m. April 23 at the state house with J P Goopricu as chairman and W H Warriaker as secretary.
