The State Board of Agriculture Trade and Consumer Protection functioned last Thursday with only five of seven seats filled after two terms expired. Gov. The meeting discussed on farm slaughterer licensing, co op law revisions, equine import rules, duck plague outbreaks, and warehouse inspection duties, with no actions taken on the licensing issue.
