Hog market outlook and farm computer workshop dates
Dr. Hirschinger predicts hog prices may reach 60 this year but questions if they can stay there given the economy. He urges hog producers to attend Badger Park Day on June 25 at UW Arlington farm center and a Microcomputers for farm and family workshop on June 29-30 at the Dane County Fair ground forum building. Fees are 40 dollars for both days, 25 dollars for one day, with preregistration until June 22. Farmers should contact their county agent for details.
