Land O Lakes blends butter and margarine in Country Morning Blend
Land O Lakes Inc introduces Country Morning Blend a 40 percent butter 60 percent corn oil margarine product tested in the Quad Cities and expanding to the Upper Midwest. The co op says the blend boosts butter sales while cutting margarine demand and notes it will be labeled as margarine sold around $1.35 to $1.39 per pound.
