Gail Skinner 36 of Madison will direct the 14 county Western District starting Sept 1 making her the first woman to head a district in the Wisconsin Cooperative Extension Service. Mary Ann Dehn Green Lake and David J. Running Fond du Lac are the other new district directors as the program emphasizes balanced extension and strengthened university county ties. Salary for all three is between 40 000 and 42 000 annually.
