Wisconsin considers three and five quart milk containers
The Assembly Agriculture Committee recommended allowing three and five quart milk containers, expanding beyond half pint to gallon sizes. Officials caution the change could confuse customers and raise costs for producers, noting limited demand in other states and uncertain sales impact. The measure moves to the full Assembly after last session’s 87 to 11 approval, but previously died in the Senate.
