Washburn families dominate District 12 Holstein show
Washburn County breeders Warren Holman and Howard Furchtenicht led the District 12 Black and White Show with multiple wins. Holman’s Roann herd earned Grand Champion Female and top aged cow honors, while the Furchtenichts’ Nu-Wing Holsteins claimed numerous class wins, with rivals noting increasing competition and quality ahead of the state fair.
