Whistleblower settlement settles vets at state lab

Wisconsin to Launch Farm Crisis Hotline for Farmers

The state agriculture department unveiled a new telephone hotline to aid troubled farmers with family legal financial and job training problems. Call volume is expected at 500 to 600 monthly for legal questions, with messages routed next day to appropriate experts. A 30 000 county guides pamphlet will also be distributed listing local organizations and agencies for help.
