A body-building clinic will be held December 10 from 5 to 9 p.m. in Harvey Hall Auditorium at UW Stout. Sponsored by the Stout Weight Training and Fitness Club, the event offers free admission with two presenters Tina Plakinger and Phil Demski demonstrating a couples posing routine and speaking on nutrition and exercise for men and women.
