Roy Campanella powered a fourth inning homer with two aboard to lift the Brooklyn Dodgers 3 1 over the St Louis Cardinals in the rubber match of a three game set. Hastings Woman Dies After Gas Water Heater Blast

Mrs. Lorraine Norton, 29, of Hastings, died Wednesday noon at Red Oak Hospital from burns suffered in a gas water heater explosion at her home on June 12. Second and third degree burns covered her body. Manscheid Funeral Home of Malvern is in charge of arrangements.
