DES MOINES (4-L) Col Courtney P Young commander of the Second district of the Seventh Service command said Saturday groups of prisoners of war had been assigned to the camps at Algona and Clarinda to help get them ready for the arrival of other prisoners. Two hundred fifty prisoners who have been helping with the hemp harvest in the Eldora vicinity have been moved to Algona to do cleanup work at the large camp there. Another contingent has been moved to Clarinda from Camp Cian in Missouri. Large contingents of prisoners are not expected to arrive at the camp for some time.
