Autos Collide At Highway Junction
An auto registered to Virgil A. Green of Omaha rammed the rear of a car driven by Jerome Clary, 39, Manawa, at the junction of Highways 275 and 192 Saturday night. Clary, eastbound on 275, said he stopped for a traffic light when the crash occurred. Deputies say the Green driver and another occupant left before officers arrived. Green’s car was impounded pending the owner’s claim. Both vehicles were damaged.

Forty two aboard a four engine Stratoliner faced a terrifying 350 mile flight to Johnston Island after an engine explosion crippled the airliner. A family of three from Omaha suffered injuries in a stock truck collision on the South Omaha Bridge Road Sunday night.
