DES MOINES P Tilda Miner aged 63, the only woman among 17 pre term prisoners who won commutations early this year, was freed on parole from the Rockwell City Women's Reformatory. She has served over 25 years for first degree murder in Jones County. Her term was commuted to 90 years, making her eligible for parole.
