Black Angus 4 H Beef Winner Dominates Frontier Show
Don Felton, 17, Neola, topped the Frontier 4-H livestock competition with a 880 pound Black Angus calf, earning grand champion in baby beef. Man Dies After Refusing Rescue At Rail Crossing
SAN MATEO Calif a man determined to die resisted efforts to pull him clear from a railroad rail as a fast freighter passed killing him. Hollywood Gangland Killing Shocks City
In a gunfight at the haberdashery offices of Michael Cohen known as Mickey Cohen in Hollywood one man was killed and a second wounded. The dead man was 36 year old Harry Rothman, an associate of Cohen, and the wounded man, Albert Snyder, also 36, was hit by shotgun pellets. Cohen said he knew of no motive and denied involvement.
