Farmers to Receive 224 Million in Soil Bank Payments

Grinnell three year old Craig Toogood son of Mr and Mrs George Toogood was reported in critical condition at University Hospitals Iowa City after being accidentally shot in the face and neck while playing with two brothers Sheriff William Welsh said Mrs Toogood drove to the Darrell Casey farm 33 miles southeast of here to tend a garden and left the tired youngsters in the car. She heard a shot and found Craig wounded. The two older boys had found a .45 automatic believed to have been hidden under a seat and were reportedly playing with it when it discharged.
