At a Grangeville meeting, Idaho county merchants and food dealers voted to operate on cash basis per U S Food Administration. Cot tonwood attendees included P A Gaul and J F Jenny among others. Resolutions limit deliveries and require cash or notes every thirty days with settlement by the 10th each month. Banks offer income tax reports due by March 1.
