Republican slush fund exposed in campaign color line
Governor Cox charges a $15,000,000 Republican slush fund to buy the presidency. He cites Bulletins from the Republican National Committee and notes past sums like Hanna's $10,500,000 to imply a nationwide scheme. The piece argues the accusations reveal a concerted effort by big interests to control elections and reverse progressive reforms.
