DIES OF PARALYSIS OF INDIANAPOLIS VISITOR
Daniel F. Ott died of paralysis at his daughter Mrs. Clara Nix home in Indianapolis after a two week illness. His funeral was held at Palmyra with Rev. Wm. Boston presiding. Survived by widow four sons two daughters and siblings. Ott was 67, Civil War veteran in the 66th Indiana Regt under Capt. Jordan.

Kirkwood of Wichita Kansas and Mrs. Ola Crandall of New Albany visit their mother Mrs. Hobbs. Kirkwood will travel to Buffalo New York for a Woman's Home Missionary Societies convention.

In Crawford circuit court Mary M. Rose and the estate of Eugene Rose sued the Southern Railway Company. The jury verdict favors the plaintiff for 7500 dollars after an eight o’clock Tuesday night agreement. Rose was killed at Ayrshire months earlier. she was formerly Miss May Adams of Corydon. The case drew many witnesses and was argued by Stotsenburg Weathers of New Albany and John Wellman of Evansville for the defense.
