A damaged OCR fragment lists Democratic and Republican candidates with county races and duties, plus a public auction notice by David C. Fouts in Blue River township near Palmyra. It details property for sale on Wednesday November 18 including horses cattle mules hogs and farming equipment with terms and credit notes.
In Harrison County Scott township farmer John M Engleman displays a 74 pound pumpkin, among other garden yields. The notice also lists a public auction at his Corydon area residence Friday November 13 1914 offering seven horses two work mules twelve cows and heifers ten hogs farming implements corn fodder hay and more with terms eight to nine month credit and a farm sale to follow.
The County Clerk reports new filings since the May term. Foreclosures include Farmers Saving and Trust Co. vs Corcla M Yeager and George Worter vs Bence. Divorces involve Myrtle Blake vs Frank Bixles and Edward Tuell vs Southern Railway Co. Also listed are partitions, damages, and other suits such as Olga M Foster vs John Whaga and Anna M Reed vs W S Reed.
Notice prohibiting any hunting or trapping on farms in Morgan township at all hours. Violators will be prosecuted. Signed by Mrs. Anna Harper and David C. Harper.
