The notice touts Baden White Flour Corn with stalks 8 to 10 feet high, ears about nine inches, white grains, drought resistant roots, and yields up to one hundred bushels per acre on good land. It offers agent canvassing roles, sample packs of 1000 grains for $1, and shipping to any address, addressed to W. S. Tipton in Cleveland Tennessee.
