Respected Citizen Robert Brown Dies in Boone Township
Robert Brown, aged 79 years eight months and twenty one days, longtime resident of Boone Township, died at home May 28 1912 after eighteen months battling cancer of the bowels. He married three times, leaving a widow, two brothers James and Henderson Brown, and sister Mrs Wa Gross. Funeral at Memorial church on May 24 was conducted by Rev. Bolton. burial near the church.
