Dan Walsh Sr of New Albany and IX W Pickhardt of Huntingburg are named deputy oil inspectors by State Oil Inspector James Fry. Walsh runs a New Albany merchant business and Pickhardt edits a German newspaper in Huntingburg. Death of Mrs Edith Kitterman in New Middletown
Mrs Edith Kitterman died at her home in New Middletown on Tuesday night January 24 1911 after a two year tuberculosis illness. She leaves two sons and siblings Miss Jessie Wallace Edward Wallace and a brother Thomas of the area. Funeral Thursday was led by Rev Young of the U B church and interment followed at the local cemetery. She was thirty four years old.
