Petition for free gravel road in Harrison Township

Notice filed in the Harrison County Auditor's office requests laying out improving and paving a highway in Harrison Township to a free gravel road. Notice of Public Sale of Iriane Sanos Estate Land in Harrison County

Executor Charles J. Sands announces a court ordered public sale of decedent Iriane Sanos's real estate in Harrison County Indiana. The property covers part of section 28 township South Range East, totaling about 60 acres. Sale set for January 8 1915 at 1 PM, with terms: one third cash and balance in two notes at six percent interest secured by mortgage, subject to court approval of two thirds of the appraised value.

Burglary Strikes Two Harrison Township Stores

Thieves broke into the harness shop of F. O. Jordan and the Planing Mall Co. owned by W. H. L. Andrew and Charles Keller last Thursday night. They smashed front windows and stole two electric flash lamps from Jordan and twenty two pocket knives plus a small riveting hammer from Keller. Knives ranged 50 to 75 cents each. A note from Ivan Eckart praises good roads work by Trustee Bussabarger and local supervisors, recounting stone crushing efforts and road improvements in Harrison township since the early days.

Mrs. Malinda Lahue and her son Elmer, long ill, are able to be up again. Miss Gertrude Conrad has been visiting home folks for a week and will return to Seymour Walk soon. A protracted meeting at Zoar continues with hopes of many souls joining. Miss Pearl Woertz of near Lanesville visits cousin Miss Jessie Miller and attends the meeting.
