Democratic meeting in Indianapolis backs Governor Marshall for 1912

Hundreds of Indiana Democrats gathered at the Denison Hotel for a State Central committee meeting. They fixed December dates for county and district reorganization and endorsed Governor Thomas R. Marshall for the presidency, with Marshall urging “the people to rule.”

Proclamations by Taft and Governor Marshall were read and offerings exceeded twenty two dollars for the needy. Mrs C E Beanblossom of Louisville and Mrs Oscar Treece visited Ed Windell and family.
