Death of Mrs. Lou Stauth at 22 on South Market
Mrs. Lou Stauth wife of John Stauth died at her home on South Market Street August 2 at age 22. Daughter of Mr and Mrs William Weaver she was sister of County Superintendent Weaver. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Presbyterian church conducted by Rev J D Jeffery and burial followed at Cedar Hill.

Farmers' Picnic at Brown's Grove Ends Early

Henry Coup of Columbus Ind was the main orator, a prominent Grange member, who delivered a strong address. Major J. S. Pfrimmer spoke, music accompanied the event, and a large communal dinner fed all attendees. Frank Lotich and assistants earned much credit for planning and arranging the day.

Death of Mrs. Manerva A Watson at Stauckport
Mrs. Manerva A Watson wife of W. W. Watson of Stauckport died on the 6th inst after three weeks of illness at age 47. A member of the M. E. church she was beloved by neighbors. Funeral was held next day at Mt. Zion Church. Mr. Watson thanks the public for kindness during illness death and burial.
