Mrs Mary Agnes Wolfe died at her daughter Sirs Otie Ludow Indianapolis at three a m Thursday aged fifty nine from cerebral hemorrhage. Burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery Corydon after services at the Miller home conducted by Rev Daniel Onstott. Survived by three daughters including Mrs R L Miller Mrs A C Ludlow and Mrs Kawinbecker five grandchildren and one sister. Also notes Crawford County Fair at Marengo August 17 to 21 and a house in Blue River struck by lightning with loss around one thousand dollars. Grandma Rebecca Knight thanks friends for seventy five post cards.
Plans move forward to repair the 101 year old old primitive Baptist church in Boone township and elect trustees this fall. The building sits on two acres with a graveyard. efforts led by C H Ginkins aim to revive services, preserve the organization, and host annual associations beginning next August.
The Harrison county Teachers Institute will run August 31 to September 4 in the High School Building with lectures by Professors Rettger Bean Haines and Lidikay on Hygiene Psychology Agriculture Domestic Science and music. German and English preaching services follow at local churches with ordination and installation of deacons and elders at St Peters in Flocktown Rev Dr Casper Schieler presiding.
