By-Laws Amended by Harrison County Mutual Fire Insurance

The Harrison County Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Company amended its By-Laws at a June 11, 1910 special meeting. The executive committee prepared the printer copy and new policies will be printed soon. Many applications have been received in recent weeks, but policies will only issue after the new forms are printed.

Elizabeth C Cole vs James W Cole Mary J Hiser Sherman Jones. Three cases from Crawford county involve real estate rights on change of venue. Andrew Allen et al vs Aniel Froman et al ejectment and to quiet title.

No Republican Candidate for Congress and Joint Senator

Republicans in twelve districts nominated for Congress but this district lacks a nominee. Democratic candidate Cox is expected to win by about 5,000 votes, causing Republican aspirants to stay out. Republicans also struggle to find a joint senator candidate to oppose Hon. FEyan 3B. Stotsenburg, with signals of his increased State Senate majority.
