Two crashes disrupted city police yesterday at Spring and West Pleasant. A 1975 Mercedes driven by Leonard Bills of Ft Lauderdale collided with a van driven by Patrick Comitz of 122 Fourth Avenue, causing severe front-end damage and ejecting Patrick from the van. Bills faced a stop sign violation citation. Patrick and brother Michael Comitz were treated and released for injuries.
