ERIE Sept 28 A federal court jury found Sheldon Wolfe former Meadville tax consultant guilty on 32 of 38 charges of fraudulent preparing income tax returns threats five years and 5000 fine on each count. Government charged Wolfe with false deductions on 41 income tax reports costing the government about 1500000 in tax money. Three charges dropped during trial. Attorney Vincent Casey of Pittsburg said he will move for acquittal and for a new trial. Wolfe remained free pending appeal
