Man Found Dead in Car on P R R Tracks West of Ave A
Alfred Martin of Titusville was found unconscious and badly injured in his car on the Pennsylvania Railroad Beadle subdivision tracks west of Avenue A late at night. Edward Savage saw the car on the tracks and helped pull Martin from the vehicle as a train approached. Police and bystanders moved the car to safety, Martin was taken to a hospital with facial injuries, and drunkenness charges were filed.

Mrs Vaughn Injured Falling On Presbyterian Church Stairs
Mrs. P. W. Vaughn of Indiana suffered painful but not serious injuries after tripping on basement stairs at the Presbyterian Church last evening. She was visiting her mother on West Pleasant Street when the fall occurred during a farewell reception for Mrs. Keim.
