Kidnap Victim Found As McWilliams Faces Charge

State officials filed a kidnapping charge against Jack McWilliams for abducting Linda Jaffa, wife of Jacksonville area developer, tying her to a post for four days. She was found in a wooded area four miles from home, in good condition, after her rescue aided by McWilliams' girlfriend Edith Burton who led investigators to the site. Police estimated $1 500 damage to the Wolcott vehicle.
