Council Tackles Biggest Bonding Plan Feasibility Study
The council wrestles with bonding items including golf course and park costs. The final package may exclude some projects unless feasibility studies show they can be funded from general revenues. New equipment purchases may be moved to operating budgets, potentially removing 811,000 from the bond issue. A final decision isn’t expected until later this year, pending further feasibility work by Singler Deane and Scribner in their financing plan.
