A coal truck driven by Irvin Keener Jr. Corry tipped over while passing a car about eight miles south of Franklin in Victory Township. The 60-gallon tank was damaged and gasoline spilled down a hillside ditch. the driver suffered wrist injuries but was not hospitalized.
