Eight Corry Area High School FFA members enrolled in the agriculture class will display beef steers at the Pennsylvania Livestock Show and Auction at Crawford County Fairgrounds Meridenville. George Sekerak will exhibit two steers while Allan Adams Carl Adams Barney Calhoun Roger Cheltan Worth Hammond Jr Thomas Kuss and Richard Lindstrom also enter. Judging Tuesday with auction Wednesday afternoon 2 to 4 p m. Steers weighed in Monday 9 30 p m. Queen contest aired on WICU TV 1 30 p m Monday. Steers from both Angus and Hereford stocks represent local youth beef projects.

Driver Injured In $3,000 Crash Near Coryan Route 426
A Spring Creek motorist, Dale H. Wilkinson, 25, was injured when his car crossed the highway and collided with oncoming Willie Hunt, 29, of Spring Creek. Ex-Corry racer improving after crash at Erle speedway
The 20 year old former Corry Moe driver Leon Lindstrom of Ripley was seriously injured when his jalopy collided with another car during a sea Mire race at the Erles Speedway on Lake Pleasant road south of Erle early yesterday. He was admitted to St Vincent's Hospital in Erle in poor condition with a scalp laceration concussion and injuries to the chest left hip and left hand. Hospital officials reported his condition is now improving.
